What we believe...
The Bible
We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, to be the only inspired, inerrant, infallible, authoritative written Word of God.

The Trinity
We believe that the eternally existent God is one divine essence in three persons Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Man Sin
We believe that man/woman is not the product of evolutionary development, but was created by God. In their natural state, every person is sinful from the point of conception, and is spiritually blind, dead and an enemy of God, enslaved to sin. Sin is every thought, desire, word and deed which is contrary to God's Law. Each individual is subject to death and eternal damnation by reason of the guilt that attaches to sin.
Jesus Christ
We believe that God, in His infinite mercy, resolved to save all people and that the divine Redeemer is Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of the Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit, and so also the Son of God. He is one person with two natures, divine and human.
Redemption
We believe that Jesus Christ, through His life, suffering, death and resurrection, redeemed all people from sin, death and the power of the devil. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, God justifies those who repent and trust in Him as their Savior and makes them His heirs of salvation.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit, who uses the Word and Sacraments to bring forgiveness and salvation to God's children, and enables the Christian to live a godly life that seeks to overcome sin and temptation and do good works.
The Sacraments
We believe that the Sacrament of Holy Baptism is a means of grace which offers the mercy of God and the forgiveness of sins, to children and adults alike.
We believe that in the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper, the communicant receives in, with and under the bread and wine, the true Body and Blood of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins.
The Resurrection
We believe that Jesus Christ will visibly return to the earth on the Last Day to judge the living and the dead. In the resurrection, soul and body will be rejoined and the saved will receive eternal life, and those that are lost will receive eternal damnation.
The Priesthood of All Believers
We believe that all Christians are 'royal priests' and therefore have a responsibility to serve God through the Church, and in particular, the local congregation.
